1. Service and contact

SwiftWorksheets is independently operated. Contact details and any required controller identification must be completed by the operator before public launch; see Contact.
2. Worksheet content and images
Text, images and layouts added to worksheets are processed in the user’s browser. SwiftWorksheets does not offer server-side worksheet storage, account sync or cloud backups. We do not intentionally upload worksheet files as part of normal editing and export.
3. Data saved on your device
The Editor uses browser localStorage to save the latest project and language preference. Content is not guaranteed to persist: private browsing, eviction, browser resets, changing devices or deleting site data can remove it. Download a project file for a backup.
4. Hosting and technical information
Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request metadata, user-agent information, and security logs to serve content and protect the website. Their handling depends on their settings and policies.
5. Fonts and external services
The Editor may request Google Fonts files. Font providers can receive connection data such as IP address and browser details. We do not intentionally send the text of your worksheet as a font request.
6. Analytics and advertising
This distribution does not activate live AdSense banner advertising or GA4 tracking by default. When analytics or advertising is introduced, this notice must disclose the active providers, purposes, cookies or similar identifiers, legal bases, data transfers and available choices before those services are enabled. The operator must configure any required consent mechanism, including Google-certified CMP where applicable.
7. Support messages
If you contact us, your message, email address and any voluntarily supplied details may be used to respond and investigate an issue. Avoid sending students’ names, identifiable images or confidential worksheets. Retention practices must be documented when support email becomes active.
8. Rights and retention
You can remove local project data through your browser. Other rights relating to personal data processed by active third-party services depend on applicable law and the responsible provider or operator. Contact details for such requests must be made available at launch.
9. Changes
We may update this notice when features or vendors change. The date above indicates the latest published version.
